Description The Full Colour print with this cmyk ribbon printing process is a permanent textile dye print that is waterproof and smudge-proof. It produces vibrant and dense print colours. This 20mm (3/4″) wide woven eco ribbon is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. The used plastic bottles are collected and thoroughly cleaned then broken down into smaller plastic elements. These plastic flakes are melted back into a liquid form then converted into filaments and combined together to create a 100% recycled ribbon yarn. This yarn is woven into new ribbon. GRS certified. Note that the white colour varies a bit more than standard, due to the recycled nature of the yarn. Free setup We do not charge any set up, origination or plate charges for this process and the price will be the same whether it is a one colour Pantone match print, 2 colour printed ribbon, 3 colour printed ribbon or even a full colour printed ribbon so the more print colours the better. We aim to print to as near as possible any Pantone colours for your company. For best print effect we require high resolution or vector artwork – ai, eps, svg or print quality PDF files. However we can print using high resolution jpgs and pngs if no vector artwork is available.
